Delete your MnWeen account

MnWeen — shopping app (com.wasilbuy). This page explains how to delete your account, what we remove, and what we are required to keep.

Delete it yourself, from the app

  1. Open MnWeen and sign in.
  2. Go to Account (bottom right).
  3. Tap Account Info.
  4. Tap Delete Account at the bottom and confirm.

Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Or ask us to delete it

If you cannot open the app, email system@mnween.com from the address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with.

We action deletion requests within 30 days and write back to confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account can no longer be signed into and no longer appears in the app.

What we have to keep, and why

If you have ordered from us, Iraqi tax and accounting rules require us to keep the record of the order and its payment — what was bought, what it cost, and when. We keep these for 7 years, then delete them.

These records are kept detached from your personal details: the phone number, email and address above are removed from them. They are used only for accounting, tax and fraud obligations — never for marketing, and never to contact you again.

If your account has a wallet balance or an order still in progress, please settle or receive it before deleting — we cannot return a balance to a closed account.

تطبيق من وين للتسوق. هذه الصفحة تشرح كيف تحذف حسابك، وشنو ينحذف، وشنو لازم نحتفظ بيه.

تكدر تحذفه بنفسك من التطبيق

  1. افتح تطبيق من وين وسجّل دخول.
  2. روح على الحساب (أسفل اليمين).
  3. اضغط معلومات الحساب.
  4. اضغط حذف الحساب بالأسفل وأكّد.

الحساب ينغلق فوراً ويتم تسجيل خروجك من كل الأجهزة.

إذا ما تكدر تفتح التطبيق، راسلنا على system@mnween.com من نفس الإيميل مال حسابك، أو اكتب رقم الهاتف اللي سجّلت بيه.

ننفّذ طلب الحذف خلال 30 يوم ونرد عليك نأكّدلك لمن يخلص.

شنو ينحذف

  • رقم هاتفك وإيميلك
  • اسمك وعنوان التوصيل والمدينة
  • رمز الإشعارات — التطبيق ما يعود يوصلك
  • كل جلسات الدخول على كل الأجهزة
  • سلتك والمنتجات المحفوظة والمفضلة

ما يعود ممكن تسجيل الدخول للحساب وما يظهر بالتطبيق.

شنو لازم نحتفظ بيه وليش

إذا عندك طلبات سابقة، القوانين الضريبية والمحاسبية بالعراق تلزمنا نحتفظ بسجل الطلب والدفع — شنو اشتريت، وشكد كلّف، ومتى. نحتفظ بيها 7 سنوات وبعدها تنحذف.

هاي السجلات نحتفظ بيها منفصلة عن معلوماتك الشخصية: رقم الهاتف والإيميل والعنوان ينحذفون منها. تُستخدم بس للمحاسبة والضرائب ومنع الاحتيال — أبداً مو للتسويق ولا حتى نتواصل وياك مرة ثانية.

إذا بحسابك رصيد بالمحفظة أو طلب لسّه شغّال، رجاءً استلمه أو خلّصه قبل الحذف — ما نكدر نرجّع رصيد لحساب مغلق.
