Who we are
MnWeen (“من وين”) lets customers in Iraq buy from online stores around the world. We place the order, ship it, and deliver it to your door; parcels in Iraq are delivered by our sister company WASIL.

Sign-in codes and WhatsApp
We send one-time sign-in codes by SMS and by WhatsApp. On WhatsApp, MnWeen uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Our WhatsApp number contacts you only about your account and orders, and to answer your messages — not for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stores you buy from — only what is needed to place your order.
- Shipping and delivery partners, including WASIL — your name, phone and address, to deliver.
- Payment providers — to process your payment.
- Messaging providers — SMS gateways and Meta (WhatsApp) — to deliver codes and messages.
- Hosting and technical services that run our app and servers.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting rules, detached from your personal details once your account is deleted.
